THE PRODUCT - PLEASE READ THIS PART
Cueva is a fabric compression strap. It is a consumer apparel item. It
is NOT a medical device, and we do not sell it as one.

It produces a temporary depuffing effect that typically lasts one to
three hours after wear. It does not burn or reduce fat, change bone
structure or muscle, produce permanent or cumulative change, or treat
snoring, sleep apnea or any medical condition. Individual results vary.

Do not use it as a substitute for medical care. If you are recovering
from a surgical procedure, follow your surgeon's instructions rather
than ours. If you have TMJ, clench or grind your teeth, or have any jaw
or dental condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
Stop using it if you experience pain, numbness, headache or skin
irritation.

USE IT AS DIRECTED
Wear for approximately 20 minutes. Snug, not tight. You should be able
to slide a finger under the strap at your ear. Do not wear overnight.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Keep away from children.

ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or
refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or
unusually large quantities. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Automatic quantity discounts apply at the cart. Displayed bundle prices
reflect those discounts.

ACCURACY
We try hard to describe this product accurately and to say plainly what
it does not do. We don't warrant that every description, image or piece
of copy on the site is free of error.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site, including copy, images, design and the Cueva
name, belongs to us. Don't reproduce it commercially without
permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for
any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount
you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in
which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of
the product or your breach of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without
regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms
or from a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts
located in Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this
URL.
