A resistance trainer for your jaw muscles. That's the whole thing.
You bite down against silicone. The silicone pushes back. Your jaw muscles work against it, the same way a grip trainer works your forearms. Thirty to forty reps, a few sets, a few minutes.
What we're not going to tell you it does
It doesn't eliminate a double chin. It doesn't slim your face, and it can't shape a jawline that isn't already there under the surface. Resistance training builds muscle — that's the point of it — and the muscle it builds is the masseter, at the back of the jaw. Bigger masseters make the lower face look wider and squarer, not narrower. If a narrower lower face is what you're after, this is the wrong tool and we'd rather you knew that before you bought it than after.
What it does is train a muscle. If you want a stronger, more developed jaw, that's the honest version of what's on offer.
The details
Moulded food-grade silicone over a rigid core. 6.5 × 3.6 × 3.6 cm — it fits in a pocket. Rinse it after use, air dry, done.
Before you use it
Skip this if you have jaw pain, clicking, TMJ symptoms, braces, crowns, veneers, or any dental work you'd rather not stress. Start light. Stop if anything hurts. Keep it away from children; it's small enough to be a choking hazard.
